From a lifetime of observing people I've known, I believe the ability to tolerate heat is correlated to health and longevity. Rather, the inability to tolerate heat is an indicator. I've known a couple of people who couldn't cope well in hot weather from childhood - they both died young. I've known some who were fine when they were young but as older people their heat tolerance declined - none of them are physically well. So, with reduced gait speed, grip strength, etc - I've added declining heat tolerance. Not scientific, just my opinion.
