They are not doctors. This lady who soke to me claiming she is a doctor today was ignorant and clueless of medical conditions @ICICILombard

And @ICICILombard i was reimbursed for the exact same condition last year. Pls chk ur mail boxes - the legal procedure has begun. Wish it had not come to this for such a small sum but its a matter of principle. I hate fraud

And yes i will move my banking out of @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank - ull are gng from bad to worse. Pls disclose the qualification of this doc Anusha on my case - she does not seem to understand basic medical facts

@suchitrak This is standard reply mostly by system. It won't solve anything.Even after writing mails to Sandeep Bakshi I couldn't get satisfactory reply.Only after I filed complaint with RBI ombudsman I got refund of my money. I have still filed complaint with consumer court to seek apology

Dont buy @ICICILombard . They will make u dance and beg for ur monies. Each officer sending u to another officer round and round in circles. 2 months i have been witnessing and suffering this circus. They charge Highest premium And display Highest incompetence.
