She said: “I want to encourage women to not shy away from this.
“The earlier you catch it the better, that’s the key."

Nearly a year after starting the course (thanks COVID-19!), I am finally a qualified Level 2 swimming coach 😊🏊🏼♀️ Fingers crossed it won’t be too much longer until we’re back on poolside!
