@teamer hi, I’ve set up a training session date and a match date on the app and although everyone got the notification for both, only the training session appears on our upcoming events on the app. But both appear when I access Teamer on my laptop. Any help?

@Muncun Hello. Typically a player's contact details will be those of their parents. So the profile will be the player but contact details of the parents. No need for the parents to have their own profile. Hope this helps. Thanks.

@teamer - using this for the 1st time this season. I’ve set up the players and the parents in the app - but then I can’t highlight the players only for MoTM. Is setting the parents up a mistake?

@clareleighton Hi Clare. Within the events page is where you can sync your team calendar. There is an option for Google calendar. If you are still having issues please email help@teamer.net and our support team will assist further.

@shopgirl31 Hi Kerry. We are currently working on adding the POTM feature to the app. This will be available soon and we'll let you know once it's live.

@teamer can you vote on the mobile app for best player of the match? I can only see it on desktop?

@sdodyer Hi Shaun. The SMS bundles do come at a charge but event email and push notifications are free. We recommend that your team members download the app so they can receive the event notifications to their phone without having to use SMS otherwise email will be fine.

Hi @teamer I’m a bit confused that your website tells me you are “a free app for teams” but is asking me to buy a text bundle if I want to send out an event. Can you explain please.
