If you look back at my past posts, you will see that I have never once said, "control your emotions."
In fact, I have consistently said that emotional control is unnecessary.
The reason is that emotions in trading are closely tied to the thought processes and beliefs behind them, and I understand that those are what produce specific emotions.
The transformation of those thought processes and beliefs is what matters most.
"Control your emotions" is a copy-and-paste phrase that floods this industry.
I have no intention of repeating shallow, surface-level copy-and-paste phrases that miss the essence.
I will keep sharing the essence, backed by logic and experience.
Emotions are, in a sense, the waste produced by your thoughts and beliefs.
There is no point in trying to control the waste itself just because you do not like the kind of waste that comes out.
If anything can be controlled, it is the stage before the waste is produced, such as what you eat and how you digest it.
The key is whether you can, through experience, build complete conviction in the belief that "following this rule leads to success more than winning the trade in front of me."
