Day 6. ✅
We woke up by 4:30 like always and said our prayers. I slept late last night, so my body was begging me to stay down. I told myself I would rest for a bit before 5.
Next thing, it was time to work out and I was still tired. But my brother was already up and waiting for me.
That alone pushed me, so I stood up and joined him.
Before 5:30, we were done with the exercises and we moved on to chores and learning.
I'm currently reading a book on Mindset.
And I had a refreshing read this morning.
Six days of doing the same things every morning is already doing something to my mind.
I can’t fully explain it yet, but I feel it.
Something is shifting, and I know it will show with time.
Even outside the routine, I’m starting to move with more intention. Picking up momentum again, little by little. It feels real this time.
Day 6 and we’re still here. And yeah, the muscles are starting to show small too. 🥹

My junior brother just moved in with me, and suddenly life feels different. I’m not just thinking for myself anymore, I’m now thinking for two. It’s a new kind of pressure, but if I’m being honest, it feels like something I needed. Because somewhere along the line, I got comfortable. I slowed down, lost momentum, and started letting days pass without intention. I could see it, but I wasn’t doing enough about it. Now he’s here, watching me, learning from me, and I realized I can’t afford to stay the same. So I sat him down and told him we’re going to do this differently. We’re going to be intentional, every single day. We started a routine together. We pray, we exercise, and we learn something that helps us grow. It’s simple, but it feels powerful. Like we’re slowly taking control again. We’re on day four now, and it hasn’t been perfect, but we’re showing up. Two brothers, holding each other accountable, trying to become better one day at a time. I’ll keep sharing how this goes.
