How do you advertise to an agent?

Agentic shoppers will act on our behalf using constraints, preferences, trust signals and past outcomes. And that means ads may take on new forms: structured incentives, reputation systems and agent-to-agent exchanges of context and intent.
Picture your agent searching for a new car and connecting directly with Tesla’s agent, sharing preferences to identify the best fit for your family.
Brent believes advertisers will market to both humans and agents during discovery. Brands will adapt to influence agent decisions and also continue to invest in shaping human desire.

I moved to SF a month ago. Something shifted immediately.
These are sacred grounds. The energy of the people who built the internet, who built the infrastructure that lets one guy with no employees build a platform, a movement, you can feel it.
I barely go out. Barely date. Don’t do conferences or investor dinners. I just sit in friends’ offices with engineers and build.
It’s not networking. It’s something in the air.

Sales people are becoming much more powerful with AI because they don't have to rely on anyone. Saw a sales person put a 90 day roadmap for the client.

Playbook for building a legendary company:

The best way for Agents to do economically valuable work is giving them context in different but related areas AND access to the real world to take action. @ManusAI led the way by showing AI can start operating more parts of a business. At Pietra @shoppietra, our big bet is to pair specialized infra with fine tuned AI to achieve positive business outcomes. That is all just a complicated way of saying: "Plug in your business and watch AI make you more money".

With AI, a baseball player can take the suggestion from another baseball that a pitching model needs to account for the local weather. A couple prompts later and voila. It's a verified factor that needs to be accounted for.

key is BAROMETRIC PRESSURE and HUMIDITY. IE: increased humidity leads to increase in kinetic resistance ≈ increase in vertical deflection or compound pitch shape decay/ deceleration. Think in extremes to understand it- high altitude and/or extreme dry correlates to lateral movement, wet air correlates to vertical.
