@Spirit0ast @NovaMations388 true, people get mad for no reason. thats most fandoms nowadays when it comes to changes/confirmations to characters that they like or have headcanons for, im not surprised, but still disappointed people act this way

@NovaMations388 Dude hes chill with how you see his characters but he is not in the wrong at all here, it wasn't abrasive to confirm the gender of one of the sticks because of something in the video that may have caused confusion. People get mad over the smallest things, its HIS character.

The problem with this is not that Alan's confirming a gender, it's that he went about it in such an abrasive way. It was previously known that Alan was chill with headcanons and the fandom doing whatever they want, so for him to shut that down in this way feels needlessly rough.
