@Huskermat At one point I thought Mendez should have been called fo stalling. Vega strength is scoring off his opponents shot so I totally understand Mendez not taking many shots.

This is quite the development. State's are moving to a "no state tax on NIL" system so their schools can compete with places like Florida, Tennessee and Texas who have no state income tax.
