Last night when I got up to pee I tripped over my wheelchair and fell. I didn't break anything but I hurt my knee & my calf. I think I have a bone bruise. It hurts.

@icelandturbine I'll tell you what helped me was nicotine pouches. They're in my mouth, so that gets the psychological aspect mostly satisfied, and then a good nicotine hit. So, I'm still addicted to nicotine, but I'm not getting those extra dangerous carcinogens. Plus, they are much cheaper.

Tomorrow I got an appointment for lung radiography. It's just a check up, I'm a smoker so it's necessary to check at my age. I'm not scared like I was yesterday for the gynecological procedure, just the usual anxiety before going outside. Wish me luck anyway, dear friends!

@brujun I mostly miss my routine of shows that I'd watch at certain times. I need to get used to a different routine. Right now, I've got plenty to watch between streaming services and free stuff, but I'll need Hulu or YT come fall for football watching.

@tilnightfall We did that recently and, so far, so good. Are you going to have a substitute like Hulu or YT tv? There's so much free stuff, I don't think you need to pay for one of those, every TV mfg has free TV available with hundreds of channels. There's also Pluto TV and a bunch of others.

I finally cut the cable cord today. I am going to miss it.

Tomorrow morning I got the invasive procedure the gynecologist indicated, as I previously told you. My dad is taking me. It's for diagnosis purposes. I'm super anxious.
