How I got multiples 3-figs Web3 jobs?
Joined web3 in July 2024 and become an ambassador 1 month later, not big money at that time, $8 each week only
But since then, I keep accumulate my experience and grow
Got a $300 salary job in March 2025
Another $300 salary job in September 2025
Another $400 salary in November 2025
ANOTHER $150 salary in January 2026
Most people say becoming a mod requires:
- Join a project very early
- Be active 24/7
- Reply fast and always be present
- Bring positive energy and not act like a bot
Those are correct, but not the only path, the key is trying to being recognized from team
- If the project posts something then spread it
- If the project launches event, then make a guidance
- If the project has weak branding, then help design a simple brand kit
- If the project needs more members, then bring them more members
My tips:
- Talk more to team members
- Give them the solution
- Showing you are valuable
- Make them remember you are what you are with your vibe
- Don't be too FOMO, it will take a lot of effort, and you won't be guaranteed for a paid job
Opportunities are out there, choose wisely
Don't grind 1 place all the time, if you all in 1 place and hope, don't be disappointed later
