Focus is always on the wrong stuff. People value form over substance in all that they do, and so they look like they're doing stuff. Always LARP. You move to the task, not as a slave to the clock. At work I'd get in early because it actually improves the work flow of the day. See the patients beforehand, consent them, make sure everything is set for the operating day etc. If it's not helping the task I think scurrying to 'look' punctual is embarrassing.

We have looked into the recent reports surrounding Apex Packs not rewarding Heirloom Shards after 500 packs are opened, and identified a bug that affected a very small number of users. This bug only impacted users who had all but 1 Mythic remaining to be unlocked, AND levelled up their Horizon Prestige skin to level 2 or 3 prior to March 17th, 2026. The bug has been resolved and all affected accounts have been sent 150 Heirloom Shards and a Legendary Apex Pack. Accounts at large otherwise are not impacted and the system is working as intended. Thanks for your patience throughout our investigations!
