Canada hit its lowest-ever ranking in #CPI2024. We’ve made progress on beneficial ownership & foreign agent laws—but fall behind on #dirtymoney, #whistleblower protection, and enforcement. #elxn2025 parties must: 🔒 Close loopholes 💰 Provide resources ⚖️ Enforce laws #cdnpoli

If we can assemble a coalition for the rule of law, we can see how fairness and opportunity do against kleptocracy and authoritarianism. They wouldn’t stand a chance. Moving the world back toward democracy requires a concerted effort.

We have great options for working with countries that thrive on the rule-of-law. for example: UK, EU, Japan, South Korea, Australia/NZ, Mexico, and yes, Greenland, where we also have a strategic relationship as they work toward their rightful independence.
