@ToshiCG I'll be looking forward to your analysis of these mechanics on your channel. I've tried to master all of this myself many times, but the labor involved in this technology isn't worth it. It's all very complicated, but the end result is only a rough approximation of how muscles .

Finally getting somewhere with muscle sim in Blender. Still early r&d but I feel like I got some skin sliding going and (most importantly) it doesn't explode in my face anymore 😅 No addons for now, I want to figure things out myself.
