@HDFC_Bank Kindly tell me why my current bill was not paid on the scheduled date and why no alert was sent to me. Also, why there is no manual payment option in your app? Tech is in the AI era, and @HDFCBank_Cares is still in the 20th century. Couldn't you at least send an alert?

@JioCare @reliancejio Plus unable to view anything on Jio Set top box either, as it says internet not available. The light on the router is green in colour but there is no internet connectivity.

@JioCare Very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare . No fibernet since 2 days, working on mobile hotspot with great difficulty and no action from your side. I called at around 7:12 PM yesterday and your call centre person asked me to 'wait 16 minutes' for a resolution! This is ridiculous.
