@VeryHelpers we just had a new bed delivered - we paid an extra £35 to have our old bed removed but the driver had no record of this and refused to take it. How does this work? I've been on hold for half an hour & we have a dismantled bed stuck in our hallway...

@verynetwork Dont bother @verynetwork. After using very pay, 20% off first order, you keep declining my order with no explanation. Customer service us horrendous. Im approved for the finance, but its likely the fact item is sort after and expensive. Well it should be excluded then. Joke firm

@verynetwork Your delivery driver opened up a storage box in my garden to dump my order. On doing so, he failed to secure the box correctly, and everything in the box is now water-damaged. This is not acceptable.
