Has anyone taken on @vintedUK for what is essentially theft? I’ve contacted the legal team for escalation because couriers have broken MULTIPLE things I’ve sent marked as fragile, in packing wrap, bubble wrap, air bags in the box, double boxed etc and they’re refusing a refund

@vintedUK @vinted It’s a shame your compensation scheme is a lie. The buyer returns an item, the courier doesn’t deliver it and it gets sent back to the buyer…. You the refund the buyer so he has the money and the item…. Absolute scam of a site…. You should be ashamed….

Really poor from @vintedUK My son sold his joggers and the buyer claimed, when they didn't arrive, that they weren't correctly packaged. @vinted say they won't reimburse. £60 is a lot of money for a 15 year old. 😐 No wonder they made half a billion euros profit in 2023...
