Frustrating to read an investor update & have no idea how the company is actually doing. I want to see: 1) revenue, burn, cash on hand 2) other KPI's / priorities (margin/cac etc) relative to previous periods & a score 3) successes (new logos)/failures (churn) 4) how we can help

Within 9-12 months, my startup will either be rolling in millions of profits, or about to die No job can prepare you for this level of uncertainty

Hello @CalypsoInstrum1 I love your products but I have an issue with the upgraded. It connects to the solar meter but doesn’t start the download. I checked the data usage. It looks like the App doesn’t use data at all… any help on this?
