Varka doesn’t suddenly skyrocket past Flins or whatever just by giving him more substats and giving them both their signature weapons. The whole point is to compare characters at a relative baseline.

@_zhonglibot Was it your own account you were topping up? If no, what country does that person usually play from? Mihoyo seems to have added measures to block using Codashop/other 3P top ups if there's a significant regional price discrepancy between "top up country" and "player's country".
