If it's not SDP, then a new party would be far better (though time is not on our side) to avoid court cases in the future. I was informed of the deal made with the EXCO of ADC, and sincerely, I think it's trash. A lot are forgetting who we are up against; it's somebody with enough money to tempt anyone in Nigeria, including 98% of the members of the coalition and he is ready to spend, he outspent you without federal government treasury, Imagine now that he has it, and also SS states treasury. We cannot risk a chance of giving an opening for a legal challenge.

It’s happened in Plateau state. Failure to obey the court order has consequences. They have liability to do whatever they want to do, but INEC doesn’t want to face a situation again where there is an order not to do anything or take any steps. I have the judgment here, and I can read it to you, is very definite.
