@JustLloyd5 @lastchalice The combat in nioh2 is amazing but the characters and story were non-existent and the level design was mediocre at best. LoP had awesome characters, great story and great combat with ok level design. They average the same. I don't disagree with inflated scores but it deserved it.

@wiseASDF @lastchalice You just lost all credibility with that one. N2's depth of combat and replay value easily puts in a different tier than LoP. This is why I always say these inflated numbers make no sense because when a game that actually deserves 90 shows up, it has to stand next to mediocrity.

Video game critic scores are rarely wrong. Nine out of ten times the score is within 10 points of where I’d place it on a 100 point scale. It’s popular to say “I don’t trust critic scores” but I find them more often than not intelligent, experienced & most importantly valuable.

@JustLloyd5 @lastchalice I mean, I just said where nioh2 goes, next to LoP and 88 as well. Nioh2 might be my favourite soulslike but the story and characters are abysmal. So they keep it down from a 92, personally.

@pumtepego @lastchalice It is not like sekiro, it is actually much closer to LoP but after anlocking all the skill it becomes better. Nier has amazing story, characters and some subquests but the gameplay is completely bland and can be broken easily. Graphically also SB is much better. I love both, tbh.

@wiseASDF @lastchalice I played both games and Automata is a much better package. What Stellar Blade attempts to do different, Sekiro already does much better. There's nothing new or impressive about Stellar Blade's gameplay. Don't even get me started on the platforming and shooting sections. Awful.

You must not have played automata if you think it did better gameplay, it was repetitive and boring, stellar blade in gameplay is much better. Automa is a masterpiece, one of the best games ever, just not cuz of gameplay

@pumtepego @lastchalice Well that's your opinion, even if it is wrong. I have completed 4 times and loved it. The gameplay is responsive, the bosses are amazing and the story in the end gets very good. It's sad it didnt work for you but it is a much better game than many games that have higher scores.
