June 14, 2017: our daughter Rebecca Baruch graduated from high school in the Netherlands. Weeks later she made aliyah. After a preparatory year, she joined the #IDF, serving for four years before returning to duty on the afternoon of October 7, 2023. Rebecca passed away on January 21, 2024. She is buried on Mount Herzl, the only female soldier of this war accorded that honor, plot 18A - third row from the top, third grave from the left. After having failed in every area of life, they then claim to have somehow succeeded in becoming Islamic scholars - surpassing 99 percent of Muslim scholars in history, who they claim are deviants or mushrik kafirs. Why? Because they read the pamphlets "Kitab al-Tawhid" and "Nawaqid al-Islam", and then googled some fatwas from Bin Baz. In the place of a scholar's turban, they wear an oversized baseball cap with "Islam" written on it and a sports jersey. They follow the failed student Ibn Abd al-Wahhab who claimed that he alone discovered the meaning of Islam, and that all the scholars of his day - in Makka, Cairo, and Istanbul - were ignorant mushriks. These apes have turned dawah into a type of tribalism and street gangsterism. The Wahhabi "dai" sees all non-Wahhabi Muslims as rival gangs or tribes to be attacked with takfir and tabdi'. The most extreme Wahhabis made their gangs into terrorist groups like ISIS. Today actual effective jihad involves self-produced drones, missiles, nuclear weapons, underground infrastructure and economic warfare. We see this with actual Muslim armies that defend Muslim lands like Pakistan, Turkiye, and Iran. However Wahhabis have created a new type of terrorist jihad which involves randomly blowing up restaurants, mosques, and churches. Despite failing every battle, and being unable to protect an inch of land, they claim to be the true "mujahidin". Through their behavior the Wahhabis ruin the reputation of Islam and Muslims, making people believe the religion is just a bunch of Bedouin camel theives, thugs on welfare, and roving terrorist gangs.

I knew Hijab was an Idrisid Sharif and his grandfather an Azhari Sufi saint, but reading the Silsilah fully now he is also the grandson of one of the greatest Sufi masters of his age, Sayyidi Abd al-Aziz al-Dabbagh (author of al-Ibriz)!

@AlphaLegion101 Less Zina. As I said tho, we need to look at the Sahabiyyat and see how many times they actually got divorced and married again without stigma. The notion of divorce rates being much lower is a myth. Was probably the case in the 19th and 20th century but not in salaf times 2/2

Hot take: Christians invented the boyfriend girlfriend concept because divorce is a sin for them. For Muslims, getting a nikkah should be as simple as how Christians get a gd/bf. Somehow we follow Christian marriage norms more and fornication has become widespread.

@MarkMirzen @AlphaLegion101 Unfortunately, it often leads to a phenomenon, among men & women,that is possibly even worse than the West: dishonest haram relationships until a rich guy comes & the other guy gets discarded. On the flip side, rich guys promise women marriage just to take advantage of them too.

Most of these women grow up just as idealistic about marriage as anyone else, but as they get older these materialistic messages are drilled into their heads + they know their family won’t accept other than that.
