To all men who survived rock bottom, what’s one piece of advice would you give a man who feels like giving up right now

@Ravenismeee It passes. I’ve hit rock bottom so many times with depression, drugs, alcohol, unemployment and trauma. What I realised every time is there is always a way back. It never seems to be there and takes a long time but one day you will feel the sun on your face.

@Bacongrease83 @glitchsun_ @Ravenismeee That’s only to do with gravity unless you consider death going down. Sometimes we just accelerate vertically until we run into something.
