Be like una dy use juju for Banking Sector. So a friend of mine has a colleague that was leaving one bank to a different bank and she has a client who has over N2bn with the bank she was leaving. That money is the money still holding her branch together. She intends to move to the new bank with all her clients which was what she used to negotiate a higher level and salary with the new bank. She was supposed to unload from the bank today and then start work at the new bank on Monday. That poor girl suddenly died mysteriously in her sleep yesterday night with blood coming out from her nose and mouth when people saw her this morning. No prior health issue. Just straight up died in her sleep. Now the old bank is even insisting they won't pay death benefits coz she already left and the new bank won't pay because she hasn't started with them and so they do not have her high end clients. A young lady that is barely 35 years old just gone like that for money that is not even her own?.

Peter Obi was there when the motion for party supremacy was passed. Appointments and nominations will be done with consensus of the party and stakeholders. We don't want somebody to win and run a one man show. - NDC National Leader, Senator Seriake Dickson, spoke on the party's directive mandating affiliated groups like the Obidient Movement to operate under NDC supervision

I can't get why some people are painting the NDC in a bad light and why their leaders can't call their supporters to order. VDM stood right in front of the army and police blocking the Ministry of Defence and told them the truth they didn’t want to hear. He said: “After 35 years of service, there will be nothing to show for it. You have a gvn that you cannot use to protect your own family but you are using it to protect this terrible government. They travel by flight but you travel by road because you cannot afford it.” He wasn’t talking to the enemy. He was speaking directly to the soldiers and officers themselves. That’s what makes this different. He didn’t just confront the system... he reminded the men holding the gvns that they too are victims of the same system they are protecting. The real problem is not the men in uniform. It’s the system that puts gvns in their hands and turns them against their own people. To the men in uniform, there is still time to wake up. Because one day the uniform will be gone, the salary will stop, and you will return to your villages to face the same poverty, the same bandits, and the same insecurity you were used to shield others from. That day, you will remember this moment and ask why you didn’t do the right thing while you had the chance.

Alleged N2b Nigeria Air Fraud:   How Sirika Allegedly Used Ethiopian Airlines as Fake Nigeria Air-Witness   The 12th Prosecution Witness, PW12, Christopher Odofin,   in the trial of the former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Abubakar Sirika, on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, told Justice S.C. Oriji of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT,  High Court Abuja, how Sirika allegedly passed off an aircraft belonging to Ethiopian Airline as that of the promised Nigeria Air by the government of the late President Muhammadu Buhari.   The decoy aircraft, adorned with the livery of the promised Nigeria Air, found its way on the tarmac of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on May 27, 2023, being three days to the expiration of the tenure of the Buhari government and was flown back to Addis Ababa in the morning of May 29, 2023, being the handover date to the successor government.   Hadi Sirika is facing prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on amended six-count, bordering on alleged abuse of office and misappropriation of public funds to the tune of over N2 billion, alongside his daughter, Fatima Hadi Sirika, son-in-law, Hamma Jalal Sule, and Al Buraq Global Investment Limited.   The contract for the setting up of Nigeria Air was awarded to Tianaero Nigeria Limited, belonging to Gabriel Tilmann, a close associate and friend of the former minister.   Reading from a portion of contract agreement with Ethiopian Airline, the witness, an investigator with Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC said “The aircraft will depart from Addis Ababa (ADD) late evening of May 26, 2023 for it to be positioned early morning of May 27, 2023 at the Abuja (ABV) airport. The aircraft will stay in ABV airport for static display of Nigeria Air livery until May 28, 2023. The aircraft will leave ABV airport early morning on May, 29, 2023. The chartered flight will be operated by the Ethiopian Airline crew in Ethiopian Airline uniform. The Federal Government of Nigeria and Nigeria Air may put together local models who will be in Nigeria Air uniforms to pose for ceremonial pictures. The models may come to Addis Ababa so they may fly with the chartered flight to ABV.”   The witness told the court that the display of the aircraft in Abuja International Airport was deliberately planned to coincide with the end of the first defendant’s tenure as Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development on May 29, 2023 and to pass the aircraft off as the actualization of his promise of the return of Nigeria Air. After the less than 72 hours display of the aircraft, he stated that the Nigeria Air logo was removed from the aircraft and flown back to Ethiopian Airlines in Addis Ababa.   The witness further disclosed that the investigating team was also able to ascertain that Ethiopian Airlines entered into a charter arrangement for the static display of the Nigeria Air livery for a duration of just three days, beginning from May 27 to May 29, 2023 based on information and documents received from the airline following a letter from it, dated June 12, 2023, in response to the EFCC’s request for information regarding Nigeria Air. And that though the purpose of the contract was for the establishment of Nigeria Air, the charter agreement with Ethiopian Airlines was entered on May 24, 2023, five days to the expiration of the defendant’s tenure for just a static display of the Nigeria Air logo on an aircraft.   All the documents tendered in evidence by the prosecution were shown to have been duly signed, authorized, and accompanied by certificates of identification and were not objected to by any of the counsels to the four defendants. Among the exhibits is a compact disk containing a voice note from the first defendant, Hadi Sirika, marked Exhibit 37, which the prosecution counsel applied to be played in the court at the next adjourned date.

Instead of using the opportunity to sell the presidential candidate as the party’s national leader, Seriake Dickson went on national television and seemed more interested in projecting himself as a competing center of influence. I genuinely thought Dickson was wiser than that.

BREAKING: The UK is drafting a law to scan every photo, video and message on every phone in the country. Tech CEOs who refuse to implement this could face up to 5 years in prison. The proposal would force companies to build device level scanners that inspect content before encryption. That means: • Every image scanned • Every message inspected • Every video analyzed All directly on your phone. Governments and companies pushing these safety” systems already have a terrible track record protecting user data. Last month, Europe’s new age verification app, promoted as a way to "keep children safe," was hacked in under 2 minutes. In another case, over 70,000 IDs and selfies linked to online verification systems were exposed in a major breach. Now the UK wants even deeper access directly inside your device. Once governments force surveillance tools into every phone, they can expand what gets monitored at any time.

HOW PRESIDENT TINUBU’S CONCRETE ROAD HELPED AVERT TRAGEDY IN DELTA AIRCRAFT INCIDENT On Wednesday, June 10, a Nigerian aircraft developed problems while trying to land at Asaba Airport in Delta State. Unable to complete its landing at the airport, the aircraft eventually landed on a concrete road near Ogwashi-Uku. What could have ended in tragedy is now a story of survival. All crew members on board escaped without injury. As aviation authorities investigate the incident, many Nigerians have pointed to an important lesson: good infrastructure can make a difference when it matters most. The road on which the aircraft landed provided a stable surface during a critical emergency. While roads are primarily built for vehicles, this incident points at the importance of investing in quality and durable infrastructure. It is how well-constructed roads can deliver value beyond their intended purpose and, in unexpected situations, contribute to safety and help avert disaster. This is one of the reasons the Federal Government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has continued to promote the use of concrete pavement on major roads across the country. Concrete roads are designed to be stronger, more durable, and able to withstand heavy pressure over a long period. In almost every parts of Nigeria, several road projects are being constructed or reconstructed using concrete technology under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Works led by Senator Engr. David Umahi. The Asaba incident serves as a reminder that infrastructure is not just about transportation. Well-built roads support economic growth, improve connectivity, enhance safety, and in rare situations like this, can help prevent a bad situation from becoming a disaster. Sometimes, the true value of quality infrastructure is seen when the unexpected happens. Francis Nwaze, FIPMD Senior Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Works (Media) June 11, 2026

Our local security architecture in Osun State is yielding results. If you see something, please report it. I want to commend our Forest Guards, Amotekun Corps, hunters, and local security agents working in partnership with Traditional Rulers and Federal security formations deployed across rural areas and boundaries of Osun State. Beyond their presence on the ground, these formations have significantly strengthened our intelligence gathering with field reports showing they are proactively identifying flashpoints along our boundaries and taking the right precautionary steps to keep our state safe, ensuring that any potential spillover from neighboring states is neutralized. As a follow-up to the security architecture we have put in place in Osun State, I will be placing a call to my fellow Governors in states bordering Osun to further synchronize our security efforts and present a unified front.
