With @360_Scouting, we recruit and educate Champions League level scouts and connect them to professional clubs. If you want to test and develop yourself as a scout, check the 'For scouts' section on our website.

This creates mutual understanding. Coaches understand that it's not that easy to find exactly what they want (and 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 they needed - more about that later). And the recruitment team better understands what the coaches need to strengthen the squad.

@EBL2017 I agree, but this is only one part of the story. The other part is that you have to show great football understanding. If you don’t, you can keep posting but won’t impress clubs. The focus is too much on visibility and too less on quality. Visibility + quality = success

If you want a job in football, focus on ‘niche’. Upcoming young talent in foreign leagues, the championship, the Scottish league, the Belgian league, Ligue 2, etc. Profile players or analyse teams tactically. Simply post about it on X consistently & you will get what you want.
