Every time I wake up there’s a different Lose Your Self song stuck in my head and throughout the day if I’m not listening to music it’s always playing in my head lol

And feel like I have failed at everything and am a horrible person. I’ve taken two gabapentin and a seroquel and I’m still pretty fucking scared, not as much as I was but still uncomfortable for sure. What the hell is going on?

Dude I went to work today and I’ve just got home 3 hours early because I had to use FMLA fucking again because my brain has decided to make me feel such an intolerable amount of fear/sense of impending doom. I’m scared as fuck right now and I don’t know why. I also hate myself
