Adding AI to a bad product won’t make it good. Solving real problems > flashing tech. Focus on usefulness first, hype later.

@AakarshitR23 learned this the hard way. my first posts were all about features. crickets. the moment I started sharing the real story, like why I built it and what I was struggling with, people actually started paying attention. the struggle IS the marketing.

Features explain what you built. Stories explain why it matters. People don’t connect with dashboards, APIs, or specs. They connect with late nights, failed versions, doubt, risk, and the moment something finally works. Build in public → people watch. Share the struggle → people relate. Stay consistent → people follow. In the end, audience follows the person, customers follow the trust.

Free tiers train users not to pay • Users who pay day 1 = real customers • Users who stay free forever = just traffic Stop optimizing conversion funnels Start building something worth paying for immediately What's your take on free tiers? #Entrepreneurship

@TheOvermanEthos Exactly, execution is easy compared to finding the right problem. Too many founders start with a solution, not a pain point. Talking to your audience first isn’t optional, it’s everything.

Building isnt the main challenge anymore. Its figuring out which product/offer is worth building. Whats one problem your audience will pay big money to solve? Talk to your audience. Understand them well. Then build something helpful.

Most founders think they need more discipline. They don’t. They need better systems. Systems that remove distractions, reduce decisions and make execution automatic.

@aryanlabde Everyone can ship. Few can explain. Fewer can get attention. Standing out today = Clear idea + clear voice + consistent visibility.

Getting a payment notification feels great. But the real question starts after that, why did they pay, and will they pay again? Revenue is not proof of product. Retention is. Every SaaS looks good on the first payment. Strong SaaS survives after the second.

Unpopular truth: Your product doesn't need AI. It needs to solve a real problem first. Adding ChatGPT to your todo app doesn't make it innovative. It makes it expensive to run and impossible to debug.

If you can’t explain your own code without opening ChatGPT. you didn’t write the code. You just generated it. That’s not programming. That’s prompting.

@KevinSzabo14 Most people don’t post because they’re scared of being seen. Reality? If it’s bad, no one notices. If it’s good, people remember. Either way, the only way to stay invisible is to never post at all.

"But what if people see my content?" Okay and? Who cares? And if your content does suck, nobody cares. If your content succeeds, people will see it. So you'll be invisible if you suck. But you'll be visible if you're great.

@siddharthwv I feel Money isn’t everything, but it gives you the power to walk away. When you’re broke, you tolerate. When you’re stable, you choose. Freedom comes when leaving becomes an option.

Chase money. Because when you're broke you tolerate: - Bad jobs - Bad people - Bad environments But when you have money You simply stand up and leave.

"Learn to code" is dead advice. • Learn to think. • Learn to sell. • Learn to prompt. The code writes itself now.
