Features explain what you built. Stories explain why it matters. People don’t connect with dashboards, APIs, or specs. They connect with late nights, failed versions, doubt, risk, and the moment something finally works. Build in public → people watch. Share the struggle → people relate. Stay consistent → people follow. In the end, audience follows the person, customers follow the trust.

@TheOvermanEthos Exactly, execution is easy compared to finding the right problem. Too many founders start with a solution, not a pain point. Talking to your audience first isn’t optional, it’s everything.

Building isnt the main challenge anymore. Its figuring out which product/offer is worth building. Whats one problem your audience will pay big money to solve? Talk to your audience. Understand them well. Then build something helpful.

People buy what’s easy to understand. Keep it clear. Keep it small. Keep it simple. That’s how you Keep it selling.

Getting a payment notification feels great. But the real question starts after that, why did they pay, and will they pay again? Revenue is not proof of product. Retention is. Every SaaS looks good on the first payment. Strong SaaS survives after the second.

Unpopular truth: Your product doesn't need AI. It needs to solve a real problem first. Adding ChatGPT to your todo app doesn't make it innovative. It makes it expensive to run and impossible to debug.

If you can’t explain your own code without opening ChatGPT. you didn’t write the code. You just generated it. That’s not programming. That’s prompting.

"But what if people see my content?" Okay and? Who cares? And if your content does suck, nobody cares. If your content succeeds, people will see it. So you'll be invisible if you suck. But you'll be visible if you're great.
