@AlMarc86 @FrostedYukio Literally none. There's not a single thing that has changed the plot trajectory to be drastically different from the original game as the events are still the same. You could argue if you prefer the style in the original vs. remake but they're literally not completely different

The Zelda Ocarina of Time remake leak is gonna be the perfect opportunity for me to explain in a video about how this type of remake ONLY works for Final Fantasy 7 and we will never see another one like it for any other game — it’s literally not possible

@envinyon It is like I was playing through draft of itemization system. Min/maxxing items for different eikon ability set ups sounds neat! Or prioritizing stagger over damage, and vice versa. Shame it only *sounds* neat. Though I wish team has another game at this type of game.

@NilCaelumsClips @FFVIINovels Id argue the games themselves aren't bad, but aspects of them are such as the actual gacha portions or the execution of much of DoC's gameplay But on the whole the weren't bad per se.

@FFVIINovels Two exceptions: the gacha games, and dirge of Cerberus. I still suggest every ff7 fan play dirge but it’s not a good game from gameplay design.

Please note that expanding on plot points doesn't mean they were changed. Nojima is lead writer as he was with the OG and most other FF7 materials.
