Update: Four teenagers have now been charged to court in relation to the incident in Bangor. A 13-year-old boy has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, affray and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. A 15-year-old boy has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, affray and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. Mr O’Toole says this time next year the Assembly will be dissolved ahead of an election, adding there can be no more delays in delivery.
