Why is the defense asking for a 6 month delay? Seems a bit strange does it not? Also, is it true the prosecutor chooses the defense attorney in Utah? Any delay just appears to be them waiting for the opportune time to take TR out. And then it’s case closed. Israel and TPUSA, etc is in the clear. The defense has enough evidence now for him to walk. So why delay?

For people saying this “disproves” Candace’s theory about the bullet not making it through, you’re missing the point. The FRAGMENTS do not match a .30-6. While people are saying a .30-6 can fragment in the neck can result in no exit wound, the point is that a .30-6 was NOT THE WEAPON. We have a few conclusions with this information: 1) The .30-6 was planted and the actual murder weapon is still at large (as well as the person/people involved) 2) The murder weapon was actually a different gun, supporting the theory of gun sounds from different parts of the atrium. 3) We can confirm he was shot based on the defense noting bullet fragments being available to autopsy.
