I’ve been working on a list of dream bookstores to ask about doing events for my upcoming labor history book, and this is so disappointing to see from @PoliticsProse. Union busting is disgusting.

@CofIndustry @UnionElections @UniforLocal1285 Temporary workers under the same employer are often excluded too. We had all of our "on-call" and temporary/seasonal workers be excluded from a wall-to-wall bargaining unit. The employer did not want them included and NLRB agreed. Perhaps things will change under the new NLRB.

@UnionElections do you know why temporary workers are being excluded? i assume its because theyre technically not under the same employer which sucks. shoutout to @UniforLocal1285 workers at Brampton Chrysler for keeping the temps in-house, safe, and well-paid.
