आज कल एक नया चलन चला है ।। विपक्ष का प्रवक्ता जैसे ही बोलना शुरू करता है उधर से एंकर महोदय बोलना शुरू कर देंगे, उस शोर में जनता के मुद्दों की बातें खो जाती हैं और जनता तक नहीं पहुँचने दी जाती हैं। विपक्ष की आवाज दबा दी जाती है । और एक चलन चला है कुछ टीवी वाले पाकिस्तानी पत्रकार या नेता को बैठा लेंगे और उसकी बातों को विपक्ष से जोड़ने की कोशिश करते हैं ये चलन बहुत ही ख़राब है स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र के लिए ठीक नहीं है हमें दुश्मन देश पाकिस्तान के किसी भी व्यक्ति को हिंदुस्तान के टीवी पर नहीं बैठने देना चाहिये ।।

🚨 First Legal Notices, Then FIR from RGB Now UPGB Files Court Case Against Me! After seven legal notices from different RMs of Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank, the bank has now filed a Court case against me in Lucknow Court. The first hearing is on 06.04.2026. This is what it has come to. If I raise a banker’s voice, if I point out wrongdoings, this is how they respond. I’m not scared. I’m not feeling low because UPGB filed a suit against me. But WHAT HURTS THE MOST IS THIS: After legal notices and FIRs, bankers from across the industry came forward to give me their words, their support. Yet from UPGB, the bank whose mal practices I questioned most, NOT A SINGLE BANKER FROM UPGB CAME FORWARD. No word of support. No encouragement. Nothing. As unions are already in dying stage in UPGB, so called leaders are sleeping and employees are following them. The silence is deafening. LET ME CLEAR ONE THING: I will fight my legal battle from here on with a heavy heart. But yes, I will no longer speak about UPGB publicly. I will continue to raise my voice for other bankers, for their rights, everywhere, every time. Thank you, not to UPGBians, but to all those who stand for truth and integrity. 🚨RAISE YOUR VOICE, Get an FIR: THE NEW REALITY OF BANKERS! Dear Bankers, understand this clearly (FIR): This is what I’m facing for raising your voice. Earlier, I received 7 legal notices from UPGB. Now, FIR from Rajasthan Gramin Bank. When raising genuine issues becomes a crime… Expose problems → FIR Speak up → Harassment Demand accountability → Legal threats FIRs are being filed simply for highlighting publicly available information and speaking up for banking staff. Is this how the system responds to transparency? Instead of addressing staff harassment, mismanagement, and real ground-level issues, energy is being spent on silencing voices. But intimidation won’t work. I have not created or fabricated anything, only shared what is already in the public domain and circulating widely. 🚨PLI Case Update: No Stay Again by Delhi High Court Yesterday, PLI case was heard in the Delhi High Court and again → No stay has been granted. → Next hearing: May 2026 Now let’s understand what this actually means 👇 → The High Court not granting a stay is a clear signal (at least for now) that banks are not restricted from proceeding. → Practically, this gives a green/yellow signal to bank management to move ahead with PLI implementation. → As per my understanding: Banks will likely take clearance through CLC, and then proceed saying: “There is no stay from the court.” → If no strong restriction comes in the next hearings, then PLI credit process may go ahead. → As the court didn’t stop it even after hearing, then the message is quite clear: No stay = No immediate obstacle. → And if things continue like this…l Then those expecting a halt might have to say: No stay… no stop… PLI continues. 🔥 PLI Case Hearing Today in Delhi High Court - Big Questions for Bankers Today, the petition regarding #PLI will be heard in the Delhi High Court. Dear Bankers, What is your understanding of this petition? Are we fighting for justice, or just creating more uncertainty? Let’s discuss. 👇 As a banker, I have some serious questions and I want to hear from all of you: → What do you think we are actually going to get from this case? → After reading the petition, I’m a bit confused, Is the aim to stop PLI, or to make it fair and inclusive? → There is no clear mention that PLI should be extended equally to Scale I to III, the way it exists for higher scales. Why is this missing? → Another key point: If the matter is already being discussed in CLC, then why not demand complete parity across all scales (I to III vs IV & above) in court itself? → If the petitioners have approached the court, shouldn’t the demand be clear and strong: Equal PLI benefits for Scale I to III bankers as well? Right now, it feels like the fight is half complete and totally confusing for me. What’s your take? @rupamsmail @ChVenkatachalam @aiboc_in

A section of bank employees particularly those officers who are member of AIBOC has this bad habit of blaming chv for all that is wrong with officers because these AIBOC people can not accept their own mistake of being in a wrong union and do not have guts to call out their own leaders . All officers should understand this for their own goods chv is not officers leaders he is workmen leader and he is their electric leader and he will be elected again .he is under no obligation to fight for officers.he is not convenor of UFBU either .he tavels by flight or train or on car this is his members money not yours and mine .I know many officers leaders who travel by business class . Today AIBOC represents more than 3 lakh officers and is the largest constituent of UFBU .so these AIBOC people should do introspection instead of blaming chv for everything. As for me I am probably only one who argues with him openly and disagree with him but that does not mean i disrespect him .love him or hare him today he is the tallest banking leader who is respected even by government representatives in CLC and IBA meeting . But onus to fight for officers causes is only AIBOC and not for him and we will extend all support to AIBOC if they lead officers fight for causes dear to officers . Relatively speaking workmen staff enjoy better working conditions and chv is the leader of workmen.

Respected @nsitharaman Madam, I respectfully seek your attention to a recent issue concerning my service in @TheOfficialSBI . During a severe family medical emergency, when my late father-in-law was admitted to the ICU combating Stage-4 cancer, I applied for a extreme compassionate and spouse ground transfer in June 2025 under the @DFS_India guidelines meant for such circumstances. All required documents were submitted and the matter was repeatedly followed up through proper internal channels, including escalation to senior including the apex authorities. However, the request received no response..neither approval nor rejection..leaving the matter unresolved at a time of genuine hardship. After exhausting all possible avenues and receiving no response, I was left with no option but to submit my resignation in Dec 2025. It has now been more than three months since submitting my resignation, yet it has neither been accepted nor rejected, and there has been no response through email or any formal communication from the bank. This silence becomes particularly concerning when viewed alongside earlier experiences over several years involving serious administrative actions during a period of pregnancy complications, loss of a child, and subsequent medical treatment. Despite submitting leave applications and medical records, my salary was stopped, I was marked as unauthorised absent for an extended period, my performance grading was reduced, and increments were withheld. A formal grievance and inquiry were initiated, yet the findings were never communicated to me, leaving the issues without closure or clarity. These developments raise important questions about the functioning of grievance redressal systems, handling of medical leave, and the implementation of compassionate provisions within large public institutions. Policies designed to protect employees during genuine hardship can only serve their purpose when they are applied with transparency, responsiveness and accountability. I therefore humbly request your attention so that the matter may be reviewed and the institutional mechanisms meant to safeguard employees function as intended. I also respectfully request that my resignation submitted to the bank be formally accepted so that this prolonged uncertainty may come to an appropriate closure. @FinMinIndia @nsitharamanoffc

On the occasion of Women’s Day, I want to ask the State Bank of India @TheOfficialSBI a few questions. Why did this happen to me? If my transfer could not be approved, the bank could have simply rejected it. But at the very least, I deserved a response..either acceptance or rejection. Why was there complete silence? IF RAISING BANKER’S ISSUES IS A CRIME, I PLEAD GUILTY ✊🚨 7 RMs - 7 Legal Notice Same date. Same format. Same Advocate What exactly happened inside #UPGB? I openly accept every legal notice sent to me. My advocate has already replied to each one of them. We have also sent a formal representation to @Bankofbaroda seeking institutional clarification. Now the real question: ❓Were these notices sent in personal capacity? ❓Or with the knowledge and permission of Bank of Baroda management? ❓Was this an organised attempt to silence the voice of a banker? Chairman #YS_Thakur, instead of using RMs as tools to send fashion notices, please focus on doing something good for your own bankers. If leadership works with integrity, GMs and RMs will follow. If management stops harassment and exploitation, no banker will need to raise their voice. We are not here to defame anyone. We are here to criticise what is wrong and support what is right. LEGAL NOTICES CANNOT SILENCE BANKERS VOICE❗️ Got 7 Legal Notices for Speaking Up. Is this the reward for raising bankers voice? All because I spoke about what is happening inside Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank under the leadership of Chairman #YS_Thakur. Every single notice mentions my posts on X. So let the BANKERS see clearly what my crime was: - I questioned humiliation of bankers in the name of targets - I opposed unethical insurance pressure - I spoke against abusive and fear based management style - I raised concern about mental harassment of staff - I demanded dignity for bankers And the response? Not dialogue. Not correction. Not transparency But legal intimidation Is this leadership or suppression? If a banker cannot speak about workplace pressure without receiving legal threats what kind of environment are we creating? I ask openly, Are bankers employees or are they expected to be silent machines? Instead of answering the issues seven Regional Managers chose to send notices. Why such coordinated reaction to one voice?
