It was incredibly touching to be told that my journalism is impactful. There are incredible people in the Black community doing incredible things that aren’t being covered so that’s what I set out to do when I founded The Source. To tell those stories. So this meant a lot 🙏🏾

Today is the 26th anniversary of the death of #victoriaclimbie. Victoria died on 25 Feb 2000, aged 8, after being tortured and murdered by her guardians. Her death led to a public inquiry and produced major changes in UK child protection policies. #neverforget

The Bible is so clear on how important it is never to look back. Not at an old position, an old ex, an old friendship, or even old ways that God has brought you out of. There are many people in the Bible but in clear words, God tells us to "remember Lot's wife"; who turned into a pillar of salt! Stuck in time.
