@IHGOneRewards Can you explain the benefit of membership when your franchisee hotel claims no reservation exists, your team says one does and the resolution is me being forced to pay cash instead and then you give me points back which apparently mean nothing to your hotel?

@Alec_Cochran “MLS Next is the highest level of soccer development in the country and is now in STL.” That’s literally the only reason it’s a big deal. There is no BIG MONEY that will impact the business plan for a team with billionaire owners. Divorce the two and I’m all in. Kids not team $$
