@astoundconnects I spoke to somebody on November 7, 2024 and I am sure it is a recorded call and you could hear the representative telling me what my bill would be. To always fall back on that “prices can change at any time.” is Woelfle disrespectful, unethical, and even corrupt.

@astoundconnects I am a pretty reasonable person and I always pay my bills on time but $72 plus is just too high for basic internet. I understand all about the structure of these bills. I’ve been doing this my whole life. All I’m asking is that you give me what I was promised.

@astoundconnects The representative did the math and we were very clear and she told me that my rate would be $57.48 for one year and yes, a $50 loyalty credit for one year. To constantly change the policy and change the pricing is very disrespectful to the customer. We spoke for a long time.

@astoundconnects Hello Nadia, thank you for coming back to me. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. I know how to read my invoice as well. I was always told to negotiate when the notice comes saying the rates are going to change. I did do that and I have a work order number to prove it.

@nobuhotelmiami disappointing 2nd stay at this s hotel. Woefully untrained desk staff causing me undue stress. No steamroom operating, and deteriorated room furniture which I cut my shin on due to exposed wood on the bed platform. Bathroom doors did not close. Not rushing back
