@neimanmarcus dealing with the Garden City/Roosevelt Field store is a nightmare. Dropped off a $5000 Robert Coin ring to be repaired 4 weeks ago. I cannot get I touch with anyone at the store to give me any information. Their customer service is horrendous. Lawsuit time.

@neimanmarcus is the worst online shopping experience. Deliveries are extremely late, cancellations and returns take forever, and I even received only a partial refund for an order that never arrived. I was refunded about half of what I paid. Never shopping there again.
