Our Caring for Exceptional Minds group is back❤️ Bi Weekly in our Office from 22nd August 10:30-12:30 Biweekly in Garrowhill Community Centre from 29th August 10:30-12:30 3rd Monday of the month in our office 5:30-7pm 4th Thursday of the month in Garrowhill 6-7:30

❕YOUTH GROUP❕ Our youth group is open to young people over the age of 10 with weekly activities every Wednesday 6pm to 8pm 😃😃

Our Caring for Exceptional Minds Peer Support for Parents & Carers of neurodiverse young people group dates for May & June These groups are a safe space for parents & carers to share experience & create a peer support network. Families with or without diagnosis are welcome

Thanks to @KnightswoodSec for having our team today delivering the first session of our buddy programme to s3 pupils! (Emotional Health & Wellbeing) See you throughout this week & next while we deliver the bereavement, loss & suicide sessions!

Out of office! Our cuppa & catch up group are down Loch Lomond for some lunch & a lovely scenic walk 🗻 & our youth / peer staff are at a networking health event in the city centre promoting the buddy programme 🥰

My soulmate died peacefully at yesterday after a battle with prostate cancer. I was holding his hand at the end. He will be hugely missed by his family and the third sector in Glasgow. RIP Tam Munro
