@virginmedia do your call centre staff actually do anything other than read off a screen? I’m a new customer who was supposed to have services installed on the 2nd, still waiting and very close to cancelling and going somewhere else as it seems your staff haven’t got a clue

@virginmedia About 5 days ago, it won’t get my services installed in time for Xmas though, im on the brink of cancelling it and going with another company, like I said terrible service

@DannyCEveritt That must be very frustrating Danny, we do apologise. When was your complaint raised? We do aim to resolve all complaints within a 28 day window. Your complaint should be with the Pre Installation Team who will work with you to provide a resolution.

@virginmedia I’ve also phoned about 6 times, talked on the web chat, made a complaint and now used social media, none have been able to make anything any clearer when I will have services, the call centres are useless and an absolute joke

@virginmedia What they are talking about, im very frustrated and disappointed with the service, my house is a smart household so nothing works without internet, the call centre are sending another engineer out on the 19th but it’s gonna be the same outcome as they don’t understand 3/3

@virginmedia When I phone the call centre they don’t understand what I mean and just send another engineer out to tell me the same thing, I have been without internet and tv for 13 days now and am not looking forward to Xmas without either, I just want someone to call me who actually knows 2/
