To clarify: I am not retiring from 100%ing stuff. I’ll always aim for that in any game I play. I’ve been retired from the whole “trophy hunting scene” for a while though. That’s a playstyle that usually prioritizes trophy count over enjoying a game, and I can’t do that anymore. I can’t play games I don’t like just to get trophies or start a game on day one, skipping all the cutscenes just to be the first in the world or in my country to platinum it. Been there, done that, but I can’t anymore. I want to enjoy the games I 100%, and if I don’t like one, simply skip it without stressing over an incomplete trophy list. Also, I can’t really be hardcore anymore. My brain injury already makes my day-to-day a challenge, so I can’t accept any more. 😅 So don’t worry, I’ll still be the platinum queen for a while before handing over my crown :)

Platinum #532: Resident Evil Requiem ^^ Not sure what the general consensus is, but I really like it. The zombies actually tell a story instead of just being enemies, and the dual gameplay is very well done, though Leon’s side gets a bit over the top sometimes XD Without spoiling anything, there’s a moment when a certain BGM starts playing and it sent chills down my spine… all from the memory of one unforgettable moment.
