2/It wasn't the only thing we dropped off, there was bakeware as well. A lot of food preparation is required and sometimes cooking "en masse" is the best way to go. It is early days, but this mum is pretty sure her daughter is responding to the therapy.

🧵On Friday last week DRFX did its first bit of good. The chromebook in the picture was dropped off with a mum. She will be using it to manage her daughter's food intake, recipe management and talking with her daughter's expert dietitian.

5/ This was number 6, it will probably be just as hard next year without the vest on. I will keep on doing it until I am not able to. And I will use me, Murph and running as a way of drawing attention to fundraising for MKT and DRFX.

A thread about Murph and DRFX. At the beginning of this week I crossed another thing off my list. Doing Murph with a vest on. My vest is a little lighter at 7kgs (not RX), but today is Friday 29th April and I did Murph on 25th April (ANZAC Day) and my legs are still sore.
