Completed the longest and most beautiful run of my life in the weekend. The Queenstown half marathon. Great vibes and weather. I’ve found having something to focus on outside of this space has been really beneficial, especially one thats good for me mentally and physically. Now is the perfect time to start thinking about your goals for next year - or even the next bull run. Maybe I’ll do the full marathon next year 🤔

🧵On Friday last week DRFX did its first bit of good. The chromebook in the picture was dropped off with a mum. She will be using it to manage her daughter's food intake, recipe management and talking with her daughter's expert dietitian.

3/High inflation is buggering up the world and raising our shopping basket prices. When you rely upon high quality and expensive fats for your child, well it is just compounded. Help me out if you can. As always thank you for reading.

2/It wasn't the only thing we dropped off, there was bakeware as well. A lot of food preparation is required and sometimes cooking "en masse" is the best way to go. It is early days, but this mum is pretty sure her daughter is responding to the therapy.
