@Palle_Hoffstein Add some snow, a nice city to make a Division 3 out of; you can recreate all the buildings up close, and the opponent triangle logo by that one door when a rogue agent makes our lives miserable, I quite like it.

This frightening thing is a cod wing, coated with ancho chili and finished with a blowtorch. Under that crispy skin is beautifully cooked, creamy cod. I've never had cod wing before and it took some exploration to navigate the bones and find the last morsels of meat.

Amazing dinner at Sanchez in Copenhagen. This is going to take a mini-thread. First up, scallop ceviche with cucumber, coconut water gel, coconut milk jelly cubes, olive oil and lime juice. Bright and refreshing but deep and complex.
