Hello @OctopusEnergy I have a outstanding complaint with you. I first lodged the complaint in early September in writing •The complaint was repeatedly ignored •I then asked to understand your complaint process and response timeline on many occasions but this was ignored

This cant be acceptable •This has been weeks of stress and my time has been wasted •What are you prepared to do about this? •Whoever investigates this issues needs to review the entire issue and all communication to see what an awful experience you have provided

•The whole matter has been handled so badly to the point that when you finally agreed to escalate it, the first person who took my complaint responded – this is not an escalation. •it is now nearly December – and I am unclear what the status of my complaint is
