We disagree about all kinds of things. But on this, there is harmony. Our democratic process is broken. Our method of representing people is warped and does not work. The era of modern communication alone has drastically changed the political landscape and the electoral solutions created to solve the problems of the era of horse and cart, written letters and wind powered ships, is simply no longer fit for purpose. Modernization is the only step forward. The deliberate rewarding of "concentrated" voters is silly. There is no moral reason to do so whatsoever.
