Magnesium is a good sleep inducer when included with vit D & K2, but it can be taken at any time, if needed.

Nutrients don’t work alone. 🌿
Turmeric without black pepper is useless. Spinach without fat won't absorb. Iron without vitamin C doesn't work. Calcium blocks iron absorption. Magnesium needs to be taken at night. Vitamin D needs K2 or it calcifies your arteries.
This is why nutrition is not random.
Supplement with intention — or you may simply waste your money.

@Unibetternbtr @JDtweets4u3 @thehealthb0t Thanks for asking. Regular baking soda contains aluminum. So if you ingest it, or wash your fruits & veggies in it, you will be ingesting aluminum. Look for a non-aluminum brand, like Bob's Red Mill.

Are people deleting their X accounts in large numbers, are bots being removed en masse, or have people legitimately just decided to start unfollowing me in the hundreds per day all of a sudden?

My parents were Boomers, I'm Gen X, we ALMOST NEVER bought "out food" we had cereal for breakfast,sandwiches or Campbell's soup for lunch and mom cooked dinner.
Eating out was a treat.
Now,regardless of prices,I see lines to the streets at fast food joints&full parking lots.👇

Boomers seem to forget that fast food used to be a normal, everyday expense for them because it was affordable. You could get a burger easily on minimum wage, it wasn’t some fancy treat you had once a year as a reward for pulling yourself up by your bootstraps.
