@DFS Good luck getting a reply 😂 it took 6 weeks for me to even get a call back from a manager after umpteen phone calls just to be told it’s been passed to a manager every time. I had to go to my local dfs store and refused to budge until it was sorted out there and then.

An important update on deliveries:

Absolutely disgusting, particularly after Christian Eriksen’s life was saved by one of these machines yesterday. If you know who these vermin are, please call the police immediately, before they do it again. 👇👇

@DFS shocking customer service been left with a sofa that is not fit for purpose, called numerous times to be told a manager will call everytime. my son is disabled and resigned to his bedroom, trading standards are involved. still no call from management after 2 weeks!!!!
