@FiberFirstUSA is this what we're referring to when we say "lightning fast fiber internet" ? Basic broadband is faster. Dial up might be faster. I live outside of city limits, have had your service for 2 months, and would rather sound myself with gravel than keep this up

I would be happy to do this. You (or Ubiquity) burrowed and laid all the conduit and fiber in our neighborhood over a year ago and have not connected our local loop to your servers. We are in Georgetown, TX. Your inane people available on your chat service are no help explaining why. Our address used to show up on your web site with "coming soon", now our street and all the ones in our neighborhood no longer show up at all. Your marketing is doing a piss poor job of keeping people informed.
