Whitney Webb just blasted Trump’s Iran war as a corrupt “wealth transfer.” “Innocent people are dying so the rich can get richer.” “It’s basically plutocracy.” “The destabilizing effect of this war … will cause a lot of problems for the rest of us.” “But not for Trump and his billionaire friends.” “Or for the people that are insider trading the information on Polymarket, where insider trading is now legal, or Kalshi.” “They’ve turned the White House into a trading desk.” “Trump’s saying whatever to swing markets and they’re insider trading.” “I would like to point out to people that Pete Hegseth is a clown, but he’s not actually in charge.” “People should be looking at the Deputy Secretary of War, who’s actually running things.” “Pete Hegseth is obviously retarded.” “The person behind him is the person running things, and it’s Steve Feinberg of Cerberus Capital Management.” “The people on its board are a host of ex-spooks and former top neocon officials.” “He used to own DynCorp and other major military contractors and is a very shady dude.” “He’s also very good friends with Peter Thiel, and that’s why he gave the contract for the Golden Dome to Thiel-connected companies like Anduril.” @_whitneywebb @jimmy_dore

Carney claims he is some kind of economic genius. But he’s following the same Liberal playbook. Nothing has really changed: The same high taxes and anti-development laws. The problem with Liberal economic policy is that they think they can run the economy with a government knows best approach. Carney demonstrates the worst of this kind of thinking throughout his whole career. That has never worked. The free market approach, getting government out of the way and keeping taxes as low as possible, is what has always produced prosperity and lifted people out of poverty.
Pierre Poilievre@PierrePoilievre

Canadian workers earn 55 cents for every dollar that American workers get. After a decade of anti-growth Liberal policies, we produce less, move less, and earn less. We don't have to accept decline. We must get government out of the way to green-light projects, attract investment, and grow paycheques at home.

It’s one of the same. An intellectual pushing the devastating Climate Agenda differs little from the dipstick Canadians elected 3 times
Deporter in Chief@DavidRAF303

@GasPriceWizard Let Carney the conservative work his magic Trudeau's idiotic policies set us back a decade but I think by 2030 with Trump gone and US trade back online we can catch up given the global trade deals signed over last several months and hunger for Canadian resources

Carbon taxes are the Liberal way of raising gasoline prices and forcing Canadians to drive an Electric car, consume less meat and travel less. You laugh, but they are recruiting more Liberal voters to get that elusive majority, then wait. @MarkJCarney

Ottawa To Tackle Debt the Easy Way: By Going After Seniors They redefined “poverty” in 2019. Now we know why. Back in 2019, Ottawa unveiled a quiet but effective solution to senior poverty: redefine it. With a new methodology, fewer seniors were officially considered “in need.” Just like that, poverty declined at least on paper. No major change in cost of living. No sudden increase in income. Just better numbers. Policy success. The framework behind it came from academic and policy circles—well-researched, well-presented, and, in at least one case, led by experts earning well into the six-figure range while advising or working alongside government institutions. Solving poverty statistically, it turns out, pays quite well. Fast forward to today, and Phase Two is taking shape. With changes to Old Age Security thresholds and related policies, projections suggest up to $20 billion could be clawed back from seniors over time. The same group that was “lifted out of poverty” by definition is now being reintroduced to the balance sheet this time as a funding source. It’s an elegant two-step: Step 1: Fewer seniors qualify as struggling. Step 2: Fewer seniors qualify for support. Efficiency meets consistency. The result? Cleaner data, stronger fiscal optics and a generation of seniors left wondering how they became both “better off” and worse off at the same time. Because in Ottawa, if you can move the line…you can move the money too.

On April 1st 38 million Canadians will get a 23% increase on the carbon tax, while 457 million other people living on the same piece of land pay nothing, yet our Government tells us we're altering the worlds climate with it. Good one.

Proof The NO KINGS (No Tyrants) Protesters Are TOTAL HYPOCRITES!! I'm all for "no tyrants" as the Canadian version brands it but these people don't actually follow that, these are the same people who cheered on tyrants forcing people to wear masks, invoking the emergencies act to shut down legitimate protest and who were all for the Covid gulags! They are confused hypocrites and today I'm gonna prove that.
