FragilePak denied any responsibility.Faber fixed it. Order # 9272627. Tracking 255U2718413. Kirk Martin was involved

@MontanaRoots @FedEx I had a range hood delivered by a company called FragilePAK. Despite large black arrows indicating "up", there was no scuffing on the proper bottom. It had never been transported correctly and the motor was broken. FragilePAK denied any liability. Awful company. M'fr replaced it.

tempur-period sucks. @TempurPedic their frame shit the bed MONTHS ago and after threatening a suit I finally got my replacement delivered today and then the delivery guys from @FragilePak damaged my wall “Damage free delivery” my ass! Avoid at all costs.

@VibeKayaks stop using @FragilePak for your courier. I ordered 6/22 and the earliest date they had was 8/09 for delivery. That is being pushed back further now. Can’t even get a straight answer to allow me to pick up on my own. Sadly, I’m not alone with this MAJOR issue.
