@SonderStays Citing "privacy concerns", your customer service wouldn't tell me the name of the manager on duty after complaining about not having Internet for 4 days.
@SonderStays Why does no one seem to care that the Internet doesn't work at your Denver Skyline property? We've been here for a week and 4 of those days have been with spotty WiFi. We now have to pay for WeWork space because we can't work remotely at the property. Unacceptable!
